A comfortable stay indeed
great bedclean bathroomsin-room phones
The breakfast buffet offered a good choice, and i appreciated the excellent city view from the 15th floor. The bed was great. I also found the bathrooms clean. I was grateful for the nice reception, bar, and restaurant.
As an Australian guest, i did not have mobile roaming, so i could not contact the front desk from my room. I had to walk downstairs for any assistance. I think in-room phones would greatly improve communication.

The breakfast space is well-decorated, alongside a bar and also a lovely dining hall, appealing. The underground parking is especially convenient. There is lots of choice for dining in the restaurant.

The room I got was much too warm. Air conditioning seemed nonexistent. I reported the problem, but no real solution arrived, I was still too hot. the room cleaning needs improvement. I found some dust in the corners.

fantastic hotel EXPERIENCE
great locationhelpful staffnarrow parking
the metro station located just outside the hotel proved convenient. a shopping center was only a short walk away, offering several options. the hotel's cafe turned into a vibrant bar in the evenings, complete with a dj. we appreciated the hotel staff, they offered helpful service. a late check-out for one hour was granted.
i found the parking lot spaces were quite narrow, made maneuvering slightly difficult. While parking was available, the limited space presented a SMALL challenge.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering diverse workout options. a pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section, providing relaxation choices. it was all VERY accessible.
