A comfortable stay indeed
great bed clean bathrooms
The breakfast buffet offered a good choice, and i appreciated the excellent city view from the 15th floor. The bed was great. I also found the bathrooms clean. I was grateful for the nice reception, bar, and restaurant.
As an Australian guest, i did not have mobile roaming, so i could not contact the front desk from my room. I had to walk downstairs for any assistance. I think in-room phones would greatly improve communication.

The breakfast space is well-decorated, alongside a bar and also a lovely dining hall, appealing. The underground parking is especially convenient. There is lots of choice for dining in the restaurant.

Acceptable, but Several Issues
nonexistent air conditioning dusty room
The room I got was much too warm. Air conditioning seemed nonexistent. I reported the problem, but no real solution arrived, I was still too hot. the room cleaning needs improvement. I found some dust in the corners.

fantastic hotel EXPERIENCE
great location helpful staff
the metro station located just outside the hotel proved convenient. a shopping center was only a short walk away, offering several options. the hotel's cafe turned into a vibrant bar in the evenings, complete with a dj. we appreciated the hotel staff, they offered helpful service. a late check-out for one hour was granted.
i found the parking lot spaces were quite narrow, made maneuvering slightly difficult. While parking was available, the limited space presented a SMALL challenge.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering diverse workout options. a pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section, providing relaxation choices. it was all VERY accessible.

the breakfast had a substantial selection, even waffle makers were available . the variety of food choices catered to MANY tastes. i found gluten-free options were available at breakfast.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities
fresh pastries convenient location
The breakfast was really good (I adored the fresh pastries). I also found the location convenient. The metro station being so close made traveling around easy.

lovely design abundant options
The room design was lovely (it felt so modern!), and the bed provided a restful sleep. the breakfast options were abundant. I particularly enjoyed the variety available. there were many choices, and the staff were always present and helpful.

acceptable, but problems with elevators
good location nice staff working elevator long waits
The location was good. A couple of minutes walk to the metro helped. staff were nice.
the hotel was very booked seemingly with theater guests. only one elevator was working, and there were no stairs accessible for use. that meant very long waits at times.
